What Does Anxiety Feel Like?


Melissa, a nurse, has started to embellish troubled in ethnic settings. Though she has ever been shy, lately she has had extremity difficulty in a difference of ethnic situations. One of her responsibilities at impact is to take patients’ medical histories finished an interview. She finds it difficult to look into her patients’ eyes, and often the mere thought of the discourse sends her into a panic. Her heart beat races, her palms sweat, and her mouth gets dry. This panic-like feeling has spread to another ethnic events as well—Melissa often avoids parties or another ethnic functions in which she module have to introduce herself to anyone. Melissa’s emotion of ethnic occurrence has lead her to feel uneasy in even simple regular activities such as feat to the grocery store. Melissa has an anxiousness disorder. Melissa suffers from a particular type of anxiousness titled ethnic anxiety. Other types of anxiousness include phobias such as a emotion of heights, emotion of unstoppered spaces, and a emotion of driving.
